A recently renovated office building in Coral Gables sold for $12.9 million.
The 64,750-square-foot office building at 2151 Le Jeune Road was sold by 2151 CG LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based Market Street Real Estate Partners led by Allan Serviansky, to Cantelop Properties 102, led by Carlos C. Lopez-Cantera in Coral Gables. Seacoast National Bank provided a $9.2 million mortgage to the buyer.
The four-story office building was developed on the 20,189-square-foot site in 1986. It hosts a branch of Coconut Grove Bank.
The property last traded for $6.75 million in 2014 and 2151 CG LLC completed significant renovations before selling it.
According to an online listing, the building has 36,440 square feet of leasable space. That means the sale price equated to $354 per square foot. The building has 11,676 square feet listed as available for lease.
